I have extensive experience working within a therapeutic setting and a wide range of issues. These include, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, attachment issues, bereavement, substance/alcohol abuse, low self-esteem, relationship issues and confidence.

I provide specialised therapeutic support for survivors of narcissistic abuse, as well as with mothers and grandmothers navigating the complexities of family estrangement.

NARCISSISTIC ABUSE

Narcissistic abuse is a form of abuse stemming from narcissistic behaviours. It can be emotional, psychological, or physical.

Narcissistic characteristics can include volatile behavior, lack of empathy, and aggression.

Narcissistic abuse may include gaslighting, constant criticism, humiliation, and coercion.
