I am excited to tell you that I am running a new online workshop:  

Narcissism & Its Effects on Relationships.

This will be a two day workshop, run over consecutive Sundays, and places are limited.
It will take place online from 10am til 3pm.

Day One
What is a narcissist?
We take an in depth look into the history of narcissism, the different types of narcissists and the trauma bond that a victim can have from being in a relationship with a narcissist.
We look at attachment theory and how this can be a factor into why we find it so difficult to leave a toxic relationship.
 
Day Two
How social media can be the narcissist's playground.
What is co-dependency and how does this affect our relationship with a narcissist.
How do we break the narcissistic cycle of abuse? A look at how we can be free and stay free from the toxicity of a narcissistic relationship.
